Emma qualified with distinction as a Nutritional Therapist from the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition, where she also received a prize for academic excellence.  Emma is a member of the regulatory body, the British Association for Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT), a Nutritional Therapy Council Registered Practitioner, a member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners, and is a Foresight Practitioner, which enables her to help clients with pre-conceptual care, pregnancy and infertility problems.

 

Emma has always had a passion for food and it’s relationship to health, and having previously worked in a hectic corporate environment, understands the need for practical, simple and realistic dietary advice.

 

To complement her work as a Nutritional Therapist, Emma is also a certified Thought Field Therapist, which is a powerful technique for addressing a range of emotional issues such as anxiety, trauma, cravings, emotional eating and phobias.
